The Achievement Award recognizes a CADA member who has demonstrated leadership in scientific research and lasting dedication to the association.
The Young Investigator Award recognizes a young investigator (typically at the rank of Assistant Professor or equivalent and within 7 years of independence) who has demonstrated outstanding scientific leadership and productivity after independence. Exceptions can be made on the 7-year limit for a family or other reasons with a support letter from department Chair or equivalent supervisors.
The Service Award recognizes one individual (excluding Board members) for their excellent service and contribution to the organization. The CADA Board will nominate and make the selection by a majority vote.
